Ambrosi Knife Service has been keeping blades sharp since 1930, when Giacomo Ambrosi first set out through the Bronx with a horse-drawn cart and a foot-powered grindstone. Nearly a century later, his great-grandson Jason carries on that same dedication — personally.

We supply, sharpen, and deliver on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule to restaurants, butchers, delis, catering halls, hospitals, grocery stores, and commercial establishments throughout the entire tri-state area — from all of New York state, across New Jersey, and all of Connecticut.

Two identical sets of knives for your operation. Each delivery, dull blades go out — freshly sharpened, sanitized replacements come in. No downtime, no maintenance.

Professional sharpening on 36-inch water bath wheels and finished by hand on whetstones — every blade in your operation, every cycle, without exception.
